And now, back to our story...

By no small coincidence, the Killingworth Lions Club is located in the town of Killingworth, CT (USA). In the map to the right, the town of Killingworth is indicated in red.

We are part of the Connecticut Multiple District 23 (D23-C) of Lions Club International.

Our club actually consists of two entities:

Killingworth Lions, Inc. &
Killingworth Lions Charity, Inc. - a 501(3)c Non-profit organization.

Mission Statement:

The Killingworth Lions is a service organization dedicated to addressing the needs of the community, encouraging behavior and supporting programs that strive to improve the quality of life in Killingworth and our extended community. We embrace the motto of the Lions International® as our own: "WE SERVE."

Meetings:

We meet on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of every month from September through June. Our meetings are held at the Killingworth VFW Hall, located at Route 81 and Pond Meadow Road, in Killingworth. Meetings begin at 7:30 PM.
